While I was in school, I felt it was important to extend my studies outside of the classroom. I did so by joining Activator Club at Life University where I completed the curriculum to attain my Certification in Activator Technique. I also began attending the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association modules in 2010 and completed them in 2012 to attain a certification as a pediatric specialist. During this time I was learning and practicing specific techniques designed specifically for working with children and expectant mothers such as Webster Technique. I did so by classroom studies as well as working with patients in the community. In the fall of 2012, I was blessed to be part of a mission trip to Guatemala along with eleven other chiropractors. We adjusted thousands of people within different villages and hospitals. My experiences have given me a broad spectrum of knowledge and skills I will use to diagnose, adjust, and keep my patients at optimal health.

My mission is to educate patients on the importance of Chiropractic care and how it can improve their overall well-being. I have a strong passion for working with pediatrics and expectant mothers. The knowledge I have gained through my experiences and studies has showed me how important it is to have proper care at such crucial times of development.

I grew up in Upstate New York, a small town outside of Rochester, where my parents and older sister instilled in me strong Christian beliefs and morals. I am now representing a third-generation of chiropractors in my family, an honor that I cannot put into words. In my free time I enjoy going for bike rides, kayaking, exploring Seattle, traveling and my yoga practice. I am thrilled to be serving the Seattle community and can’t wait to greet your family with an open door and an open heart.
