Relationship Between Vertebral Deformities And Allergic Diseases

Y Takeda, S Arai. Relationship Between Vertebral Deformities And Allergic Diseases. The Internet Journal of Orthopedic Surgery. 2003 Volume 2 Number 1

In this study, 1,028 individuals had various forms of allergies with the main forms being atopic dermatitis and bronchial asthma. For the study, specific x-rays and exams were performed and it was found that 98% of these patients had similar vertebral misalignments (subluxations) in their spine. With chiropractic care, 88% of the patients with dermatitis showed significant improvement with skin itching and over 71% showed overall skin improvement. 0% of those in the study who where not under chiropractic care noted any significant changes.

Dr. Moe's Commentary

We often hear from patients during re-exams that they have noticed that they have been sick less often and that their allergies have gotten better. This is no coincidence, when our nervous system is able to function more optimally we are able to adapt and heal they way we were intended.
As a pediatric and prenatal chiropractor, we specialize in finding and correcting your family's subluxations in order for them to function and adapt optimally.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions and /or concerns or schedule and initial consultation to see how chiropractic can help your family.
Be Blessed!
